The staff at Launch are very knowledgeable and personable. I absolutely trust them with my children and they listen to all of my concerns. They are flexible with our family’s changing needs, and we could not be more thankful for the difference they have made in helping my children reach their therapy goals. My kids absolutely love Ms. Hannah and she knows how to keep them motivated while having a lot of fun during their therapy session. We have been in therapy since my first child was born, and have been in 4 different therapy centers across the state between moves. Launch has, hands down, the best facility and staff we have encountered anywhere.

Launch is seriously the best place. It's such a cozy and very family feel vibe. Everyone is so nice and always welcoming. We moved from another therapy office and let me tell you, the vibe is SOOOO much more welcoming. Hannah is our OT and she's so in-tuned with not just my kiddo, but our family. She's always checking and staying connected. She makes his sessions so much fun and not "scary or a doctor's visit."

It's not just a personal feel, all of the therapists/people in the office are amazing. Everyone says hi, everyone knows my kiddo, and truly love love love him. Kendall and Michelle are always interacting with parents, siblings, and all of the kids in the office.

I personally couldn't imagine being anywhere else. We originally started due to behavior struggles, which turned out to be primitive reflexes not developing properly. Hannah has truly changed our lives. No more outbursts, fights, etc. we've pinpointed triggers, we've found ways to alleviate the physicality if a trigger actually occurs, etc. I could go on and on, but in reality... go check it out. It's been a life changer and I recommend this place to EVERYONE I know who is looking for a pediatric therapy office.

We've been attending Launch since Feb 2025. From my experience, the staff is very helpful and communicative. My daugter loves coming here to "play" with Miss Kendall. And Courtney is on top of insurance visitation limits and pre-authorizations.

We couldn’t be happier with Launch Pediatric Therapy! Miss Vi is my daughter’s physical therapist, and she has made a huge difference in her coordination and scapular muscle strength. Vi is patient and does a fantastic job showing me how to continue the work at home. Everyone at Launch is incredibly helpful and welcoming—I’m so glad we found them!

Launch Pediatrics has been amazing for both my kids !!! My daughter has been seeing Ms. Shoneia for almost 2 years now. I love how patient and kind she is. My daughter is always super excited going and leaving therapy. I love how dedicated she is. She’s always finding new ways to help my daughter. She’s also been seeing Ms Kendall and Ms Michelle. I can’t thank them both enough. Both have been amazing! I love how they both make therapy exciting and change things up, rather than staying at a table the entire time.
My son has recently been going and see Ms Hannah, which he adores! I’ve seen such a boost of confidence from him since going.

Where do I even begin? Launch has been absolutely life-changing for my two-year-old son. From the very first assessment with the owner, Michelle, I felt calm, understood, and completely at ease. She listened intently, validated all of my concerns, and demonstrated an incredible skill set with my son. Her warmth and expertise set the tone for everything that followed.

We were paired with Ms. Alyah for speech therapy, and the results have been nothing short of miraculous. My son went from saying just five words to over 40 in just a couple of months! The progress he’s made is beyond what I ever imagined, and I know it’s because of the exceptional care and methods being used at launch.

Every person I’ve encountered there is phenomenal, intelligent, compassionate, and deeply dedicated to their work. While waiting in the front room, I’ve overheard therapists discussing children’s progress with parents, and it’s clear that this level of care extends to every family they serve.

What they’re doing at Launch therapy is changing lives every single day, and I can’t say enough good things about them. I wish the world ran the way this place does! I will always be deeply grateful to Michelle, Ms. Alyah, and the entire team for the incredible treatment my son has received.

If you’re considering launch, don’t hesitate!! it’s one of the best decisions we’ve ever made for our family!

We are so thankful for Launch! My youngest son has GI issues and a feeding tube, which has made eating challenging for him. Not only does Michelle have all the proper experience, she focuses on every aspect of him. Strengthening his mouth, neck, core, not neglecting his lagging speech (and any other oral motor issues), working on emotional regulation, etc. My son loves going and has made great improvement, and I fully trust he’s in the right hands!

My son loves all the fun activities and toys at Launch!
He's had physical therapy with Vi & feeding therapy with Michelle. Vi was able to get my son crawling and walking in no time! Michelle was able to diagnose his tongue tie and we were able to get an action plan in place FAST. My son is thriving because of their support :) The entire staff is an amazing bunch! They are incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, compassionate, and very receptive to listening to your concerns and questions. I especially love their flexibility. I would 10/10 recommend anyone to Launch!
